Description

On May 15, 2020, a scientific and practical conference "Issues of determining the severity of harm caused to human health as a result of the impact of a biological factor" was held in an online format. The organizer was the Department of Forensic Medicine of the Medical Institute of Continuing Education, MGUPP. The following reports were heard at the conference:
1. The current state of the theory and practice of establishing the severity of harm caused to human health as a result of exposure to a biological factor.
2. Latent causal factors of a medical nature affecting the qualifying signs of determining the severity of harm caused to human health when committing crimes against sexual inviolability and sexual freedom of the individual.
3. Taking into account the biological factor when conducting a special assessment of the working conditions of the teaching staff of the departments of biomedical profile.
4. Analysis and evaluation of forensic medical examinations and studies of living persons who have had acute intestinal infections in 2018 - 2019 according to the data of the BSME of the constituent entity of the Russian Federation.
5. Expert assessment of causal relationships in case of adverse outcomes of infection in clinical practice.
6. Forensic assessment of the rate of development of ARDS in clozapine and baclofen poisoning.
The reports made caused a lively discussion. Based on the results of the conference, a collection of scientific papers was prepared.
