Visa, MasterCard, MIR cards are accepted for payment.

The Bank card data is entered on the secure payment page of ALFA-BANK JSC.

  • credit card details entered incorrectly;

Return policy

Cash refunds are not allowed for card payments. The refund procedure is governed by the rules of international payment systems.

The procedure for the return of goods is regulated by article 26.1 of the Federal law "On protection of consumer rights".

  • The consumer has the right to refuse the service at any time prior to its provision;
  • If the consumer refuses to provide the service, the contractor must return to him the amount of money paid by the consumer under the contract no later than ten days from the day the consumer presents a corresponding written request;

To return money to the Bank card, you must fill in the "Application for a refund", which is sent on request by the company to the email address and send it along with a copy of the passport to the address

The refund will be made to the Bank card within 21 (twenty one) working days from the date of receipt of the "Application for refund" by the Company.

To return funds for transactions conducted with errors, it is necessary to apply with a written application and attach a copy of the passport and checks/receipts confirming the erroneous write-off. This application should be sent to the following address 

The refund amount will be equal to the purchase amount. The term of consideration of the Application and refund begins to be calculated from the date of receipt of the Application by the Company and is calculated in working days, excluding holidays/weekends.
