Types of risks in the construction industry specified. The estimation and ranking of types of risks in the construction industry of Krasnodar region are given. The risk management system in the construction industry of Krasnodar region analyzed. In order to improve the risk management needs the creation of the bridge department of risk management in the Ministry of Construction, architecture and road infrastructure of the Krasnodar Territory, as well as the organizations of the industry are justified. Project to diversify productive activities as a way to reduce the risks in the construction sector organizations of Krasnodar region are proposed and justified.

В рыночной экономике риск — ключевой элемент предпринимательства. При решении хозяйственных задач он всегда проявляется в условиях неопределенности, которая имеет вероятностный характер получения прибыли или возникновения потерь и убытков.
Главной задачей хозяйствующих субъектов является повышение эффективности их деятельности, основным резервом которого выступает снижение степени риска предпринимательской деятельности.
Многообразная классификация рисков подтверждает необходимость их изучения, а также доказывает значимость влияния каждого из них на функционирование системы в любой отрасли.
В нашем случае интерес представляют строительные риски.
Многолетний опыт функционирования строительных организаций в России подтверждает, что отрасль строительства связана с различными рисками [1].
Рассмотрим состояние и перспективы развития строительного комплекса Краснодарского края.
