Abstract (English):
The Russian Federation occupies a special place in the international educational space due to its unique geographical location, internationally recognized national education system and scientific schools, and rich historical and cultural heritage. When preparing the Methodological Package, the first part of which is published in this publication, the main strategic goal of the recommendations being developed is to ensure the quality and effectiveness of activities implemented by Russian universities, increase the prestige and strengthen the leading positions of Russian higher education in the competitive international scientific and educational space.
