This scientific research work is devoted to the issues of digitalization of labor relations, detailed analysis of the essence of the concept of remote work, research of the theoretical and legal bases of the implementation of remote work. In this scientific research work, suggestions and recommendations regarding digitization of labor relations and its development have been developed.
