Abstract (English):
This article discusses the problems of implementing the “right to be forgotten”. The author explores the topic of the emergence of the right to delete data from the Internet, foreign experience in the application of this right, as well as approaches to introducing the “right to be forgotten” into the legislation of the Russian Federation.
