Abstract (English):
This article highlights the issues of prohibition of discrimination of human rights in labor relations under the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan. The legal basis for the use of modern digital technologies, the protection of human rights based on the experience and existing practice of foreign countries is also presented.
