The article concerns small entrepreneurship in municipal economy. The problems of small entrepreneurship development were defined. The specific character of this economy branch was shown. The necessity to attract small business in the sphere of housing and public utilities was proved. The trends of small entrepreneurship development in municipal economy were suggested
