The article analyzes the results of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO) Summit held on July 4, 2024 in Astana (Kazakhstan), identifies key problematic issues and their solutions and prospects for the development of multilateral dialogue within the SCO. The authors also assess Russian proposals within the SCO and the prospects for their implementation
