Abstract (English):
Now food security of the region is a priority task the solution of which promotes stable development of national economy. Indeed, food security is one of criteria reflecting the level of social and economic development of society. At the same time there is an objective necessity of doing researches of the factors influencing it, and also descriptions of its assessment criteria.
