The relevance of the research topic is predetermined by the desire of society and the state to strengthen the function of controlling budget funds allocated for the procurement activities of public authorities, to assess the effectiveness of these expenditures of the relevant budget, as well as to ensure their transparency and expediency. As a hypothesis, it was assumed that it is possible to strengthen the function of public administration by improving public control in the management of procurement using digital technologies.
