INNOVATIONS IN THE CONSTRUCTION OF AGRICULTURAL FACILITIES: IMPLEMENTATION FEATURES AND MANAGEMENT SPECIFICS

Abstract:
In modern conditions, it is the quality of material and technical support and innovative solutions in the construction processes of the agro-industrial complex that are becoming key factors for the sustainable development of the industry. In this regard, the purpose of the study is to analyze the role of innovation in the modernization of construction processes in the agro-industrial complex, as well as to develop approaches to improve the efficiency of innovation process management in this area. The importance of the construction infrastructure as a key element of the integration of technological and organizational innovations into the production and economic processes of the agroindustrial complex is substantiated. The features of the implementation of innovative processes in the construction sector of the agroindustrial complex are considered, due to the intersectoral nature of interaction, the need to comply with sanitary, technological and regulatory requirements, as well as the high capital intensity of projects. Key development trends are highlighted, including the integration of design and technological processes, increased biosafety requirements, the development of energy-efficient solutions and the spread of modular construction. A model of innovation management in the construction of the agro-industrial complex is proposed, based on the consideration of the innovation life cycle, the system of participants and a set of management mechanisms (coordination, institutional, investment and technological). Special attention is paid to the problem of breaks in the innovation cycle and the need to form a closed management loop.
