DEVELOPMENT OF AN INNOVATION NETWORK IN THE AGRO-INDUSTRIAL COMPLEX IN THE CONTEXT OF DIGITAL TRANSFORMATION

Abstract:
New economic realities set Russia the task of accelerating the introduction of the digital economy, which requires active digital transformation from organizations of the agro-industrial complex. For a theoretical understanding of the problem, the basic principles of innovation, strategic management and organizational design were taken as a basis. The methodological apparatus of the research is based on fundamental general scientific methods, namely logical analysis, algorithmization, scientific abstraction and the principle of deductive detailing. The article describes models of dynamics and organization of innovation processes. As a result of the systematization, the main trends that determine unique approaches to digital transformation in the agro-industrial complex, due to its regional and sectoral characteristics, have been identified. The article analyzes the change in the main indicators of innovation activity in the agro-industrial complex (large and medium-sized organizations) from 2020 to 2024. Special attention is paid to the formation of an integrated scheme of the innovation network algorithm in the agro-industrial complex system.
