This paper examines the general principle of constructing a document system for export transactions with goods. Export management is a multifunctional process. The need to structure and optimize export processes increases within the company as export markets expand and diversify. All these processes are associated with economic and direct costs of the enterprise in fulfilling obligations regarding export deliveries. The research position is based on understanding the implementation of an export transaction not as a one-time fact of a business operation, but as the result of a complex set of interconnected stages and activities, each of which requires the creation of different documents depending on the product and sales market.
