This manual contains detailed structured description of the writ and the simplified production used in civil, arbitration and administrative proceedings, taking into account recent changes in legislation, explanations of the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation, with examples from law enforcement practices. The manual is prepared in accordance with the Federal educational standards, can be used for courses "Simplified forms of proceedings", "Actual problems of civil process", "Modern problems of legal science", "Actual problems of civil process", etc., and also at studying of disciplines "law", "Arbitration proceedings" and "Administrative proceedings". The publication is intended for students, postgraduates and lecturers of law universities and faculties, as well as for practitioners.
