The article considers the data of comparative anthropometric analysis of numerical values of physical and sexual development of male persons, which can be established by visual examination of the subject and do not require additional research methods and the use of special hardware systems. A retrospective analysis of the main indicators of physical and sexual development of males in late adolescence was carried out. It is shown that it is necessary to take into account such factors and the possibility of their detection, for a more objective conduct of forensic medical examinations in sexual crimes.
