The legislator in the articles of the Criminal Code established responsibility for the occurrence of consequences of the accused not committing mandatory actions for him in the performance of professional duties. The effect of these articles applies to cases of a natural outcome of the pathological process that the patient had before seeking medical help. Two fundamental issues need to be addressed in the investigation of such cases: the causal relationship between the improper performance of professional duties and the outcome of the pathology, as well as the establishment of the stage of medical care when such an act took place. To solve these problems, you can set the point of no return.
the point of no return, a causal relationship, a direct causal relationship
