Abstract (English):
The topic of global use and legal regulation of artificial intelligence systems is now one of the most relevant both in global legal science and in our country. The question arises: is the accelerating development of AI systems a source of strategic opportunity or a sword of Damocles threatening humanity? We are inclined to answer that AI systems are still mathematical formulas, very limited in the complexity of the problems that they can solve.
