Abstract (English):
The article reveals the results of an ethical and legal analysis of state policy in the field of regulation. The author draws attention to the most important imperatives in the development of ethical and legal foundations for regulation in the field of artificial intelligence; the priorities are considered, the study of which is necessary for the further development of special legislation in the field of artificial intelligence for Russia.
