In the article, the authors reveal the concept and essence of artificial intelligence (AI) in the arbitration process at the present time, which is an urgent topic. The authors focus on the implementation of AI in the arbitration court, highlighting the positive aspects, and also raise the question of the ethical orientation of the use of AI in court. The authors propose to create My Arbiter based on the system (my.arbitr.ru) a certain form of sending an application for a court order, thus helping to relieve the courts at least a little from a huge number of cases.
