    <p>Исходя из лучших практик управления персоналом успешных организаций в Чешской Республике, целью статьи является определение эффективной системы управления персоналом, позволяющей любой организации достичь долгосрочных целей и устойчивой конкурентоспособности. Статья разработана на основе анализа научной литературы в области управления персоналом и результатов анкетирования менеджеров и директоров по персоналу наиболее успешных организаций в Чешской Республике. В анкетировании приняло участие 100 респондентов. Полученные результаты показывают, что используемые практики управления персоналом влияют на результаты организации, воздействуя на квалификацию, мотивацию и результаты работников. Потенциальные лучшие практики управления персоналом включают положительный отбор, регулярную оценку, справедливое вознаграждение или систематическое обучение. Эти практики являются составной частью управления персоналом в любой организации и позволяют менеджерам влиять на квалификацию, мотивацию и результаты работников для выполнения определенной работы, достижения ожидаемых результатов и реализации поставленных целей организации.</p>

   <trans-abstract xml:lang="en">
    <p>Based on the best practices of personnel management of successful organizations in the Czech Republic, the aim of the article is to determine an effective personnel management system that allows any organization to achieve long-term goals and sustainable competitiveness. The article is based on the analysis of scientific literature in the field of personnel management and the results of the survey of managers and HR Directors of the most successful organizations in the Czech Republic. 100 respondents took part in the survey. The results show that the practices of personnel management affect the results of the organization, affecting the skills, motivation and results of employees. Potential best practices in personnel management include positive selection, regular evaluation, fair remuneration or systematic training. These practices are an integral part of human resource management in any organization and allow managers to influence skills, motivation.</p>
