    <p>Целью статьи является анализ предпринимательского поведения и мотивации социальных предпринимателей. Для достижения этой цели в статье рассмотрено понятие предпринимательского поведения, проведён анализ&#13;
российской и зарубежной литературы, рассматривающей вопрос предпринимательской мотивации, проанализированы теории предпринима-&#13;
тельской мотивации, виды мотивов предпринимательской деятельности, а также факторы, влияющие на предпринимательскую деятельность. Дан анализ литературы, рассматривающей вопрос мотивации социальных предпринимате-&#13;
лей, выделены мотивы социальных предпринимателей и факторы, влияющие на деятельность социального предпринимательства. На основе&#13;
выполненного анализа разработана единая классификация факторов мотивации социальных предпринимателей, являющаяся инструментом&#13;
объединения различных точек зрения в единый&#13;
подход. Предложен инструмент дальнейшего изучения данного направления.</p>

   <trans-abstract xml:lang="en">
    <p>The purpose of the current article is to analyze behavior&#13;
of social entrepreneurs and their motivation. In line with this goal&#13;
article includes analysis of the notion “entrepreneurial behavior”,&#13;
review of Russian and foreign literature concerning entrepreneurial&#13;
motivation. Theories of entrepreneurial motivation and factors&#13;
influencing entrepreneurship are considered. Analysis of the literature&#13;
issued on social entrepreneurship motivation is conducted.&#13;
The motives of social entrepreneurs and factors that influence social&#13;
entrepreneurship are pointed. On the base of the provided&#13;
analysis unified classification of social entrepreneurs’ motivational&#13;
factors is developed. This classification can be used as a tool that&#13;
consolidates different points of views into one integrated approach.&#13;
Article also suggests possible further research direction.</p>
