    <p>В статье отражены основные тенденции развития молочного скотоводства. В качестве объекта выбраны молочные хозяйства региона. Определены возможности и угрозы дальнейшего развития отрасли. Целью исследования является разработка единой системы прогнозирования, планирования, контроля и управления молочным хозяйствами региона. Кратко рассмотрены результаты исследования в этом направлении. В Указе Президента Российской Федерации от 07.03.2024 № 309 «O национальных целях развития Российской Федерации на период до 2030 года и перспективу до 2036года», показан новый этап развития, в том числе молочного скотоводства. Для проведения более обоснованного прогнозирования, планирования и управления авторами предложена новая комплексная система показателей для прогнозирования молочного скотоводства в регионе.</p>

   <trans-abstract xml:lang="en">
    <p>The article reflects the main trends in the development of dairy cattle breeding. Dairy farms in the region were selected as the object of the study. The opportunities and threats to the further development of the industry are identified. The aim of the research is to develop a unified system for forecasting, planning, monitoring, and managing dairy farms in the region. The results of the research in this area are briefly reviewed. The Presidential Decree of the Russian Federation No. 309 of March 7, 2024, “On the National Development Goals of the Russian Federation for the Period up to 2030 and for the Outlook up to 2036,” outlines a new stage of development, including for dairy cattle breeding. To conduct more substantiated forecasting, planning, and management, the authors propose a new comprehensive system of indicators for forecasting dairy cattle breeding in the region.</p>
