Статья представляет аналитическую оценку конкурентоспособности оплаты труда в сельском хозяйстве России в 2024–2025 гг. относительно среднероссийской заработной платы и федерального МРОТ. Используется сравнительный анализ по методике Росстата с опорой на итог 2024 г. и оперативный срез апреля 2025 года. Операционализированы две относительные метрики: доля отраслевой зарплаты к «средней по экономике» и кратность к МРОТ. Получены оценки 76,8% (2024) и ~68,1% (апрель-2025), а также 3,51× и ~2,95× по кратности. Показана выраженная неоднородность внутри укрупненного раздела A (якоря высокой и низкой оплаты). Практический вклад — рамка мониторинга (три базовых индикатора и триггеры управленческих решений) и рекомендации: привязка индексаций к производительности и качеству, перегрейдинг с надбавками за сертифицированные компетенции, адресные меры удержания в дефицитных профессиях. Ограничения касаются отсутствия дефляции в постоянные цены и использования оперативных данных 2025 года как временного ориентира.

This analytical paper evaluates the competitiveness of wages inRussian agriculture in 2024–2025 relative to the economy-wide average and the federal minimum wage (MROT). A comparative design based on Rosstat methodology is used, combining finalized 2024 data with April 2025 operational figures. Two relative indicators are operationalized: the agriculture-to-economy wage ratio and the multiple to MROT. Estimates are 76.8% for 2024 and ~68.1% for April 2025, with MROT multiples of 3.51× and ~2.95×. The study documents marked heterogeneity within aggregated Section A, identifying high- and low-pay anchors. The contribution is a pragmatic monitoring framework (three core indicators with decision triggers) and managerial guidance: linking indexation to productivity and quality, revising grade structures with certified-skills premiums, and targeted retention for shortage occupations. Limitations include the absence of deflation to real terms and reliance on 2025 operational data as a temporary proxy.
