Abstract (English):
The most important task of managers of any company is providing a sustainable development in the conditions of growth of uncertainty of environment. Need of its decision induces to search of new ideas, models of business and design of systems adequate to them and structures of management. One of the most popular in scientific community and in the sphere of business is the valuable and cost concept of company management. In article various scientific approaches to its realization are considered and locate authors understanding of its essence from a position of values and interests of various subjects which are in internal and external contours of company management.
